People-first recovery, built for real life

ReHabit is a digital therapy companion that helps people stay organized and consistent in their recovery between sessions. It guides users to record exercises, habits, and reflections each day, then turns those entries into clear progress reports. These reports reveal trends over time and help users understand what is working in their therapy and where they may need extra attention.

The system runs entirely within the user’s own Google account. ReHabit uses familiar tools like Sheets, Docs, and Drive to store information privately and securely. Nothing leaves the user’s account unless they choose to share it. This free layer is completely user-owned. It allows individuals to build structure and accountability around their healing work while keeping full control of their data.

When users wish to involve others, ReHabit makes it simple. A caregiver can receive daily updates, while a professional can receive weekly summaries for review. Reports are shared directly from the user’s account, which keeps ReHabit outside the boundaries of HIPAA regulation. Professionals can view these summaries safely as patient-furnished information, the same way they would review a journal or printout brought to an appointment.

Coming soon, ReHabit Pro will provide a HIPAA-compliant professional version for clinics and therapists who want deeper integration. This layer will connect securely with clinical record systems and offer shared dashboards while preserving user consent and transparency. It will expand professional insight without taking data ownership away from the individual.

At its core, ReHabit helps people stay connected to their own progress, strengthens collaboration between patient and professional, and restores accountability as the foundation of real recovery.
