Welcome to REHABiT. By accessing, installing, or using the REHABiT system or any associated tools, documents, or materials (“REHABiT”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the REHABiT system.

Purpose and Nature of REHABiT

REHABiT is a self-directed therapy support tool designed to help individuals organize, track, and sustain their recovery or wellness routines. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or supervise any medical or psychological condition.

Use of REHABiT is voluntary and at your own discretion. It is not a replacement for professional healthcare, therapy, or crisis services.

User Responsibility

By using REHABiT, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your own actions and outcomes while using the tool

• Use REHABiT in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner

• Understand that REHABiT is a self-managed platform with no clinical oversight

• Not use REHABiT as a substitute for emergency or crisis support

If you are experiencing a mental health or medical crisis, you should contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. 

Data Ownership and Privacy

• All data created through REHABiT lives inside your personal Google account (e.g., Drive, Calendar, or Sheets).

• REHABiT does not collect, store, or transmit your data to any external server.

• You maintain full control over your REHABiT files, and may delete or share them at your discretion.

• REHABiT does not access your data after setup, and no third party (including REHABiT’s creators) can access your records without your explicit consent.

No Warranty or Guarantee

REHABiT is provided “as is” with no guarantees of results, outcomes, or fitness for any particular purpose. You agree that:

• There is no warranty regarding performance, data retention, or availability

• Use is at your own risk, and the developers are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or losses

• The system may change or be discontinued at any time without notice

5. 

Intellectual Property

The structure, instructional content, branding, and logic behind REHABiT are the intellectual property of its creator. You may:

• Use REHABiT for your personal or clinical recovery planning

• Not resell, repackage, or white-label REHABiT without written permission

• Contact the REHABiT team for licensing or collaboration opportunities

Third-Party Services

REHABiT runs on top of services provided by Google (Drive, Calendar, Sheets). Your use of REHABiT is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. REHABiT is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or user feedback. If they change materially, an updated copy will be made available on the REHABiT website.
