By accessing or using the REHABiT system, including the REHABiT website, REHABiT Sheets, templates, web app, or associated documentation (“REHABiT”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use REHABiT.

1. What REHABiT Is

REHABiT is a self-managed digital structure for organizing therapy routines, health records, and personal recovery plans. It operates entirely within your personal Google account and is designed to support outpatient recovery, behavioral structure, and care coordination.

REHABiT is not a medical device, not a clinical service, and not a substitute for professional healthcare. It is a patient-owned tool designed to support—not replace—licensed care.

2. Use of REHABiT

By using REHABiT, you agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your own actions, decisions, and outcomes while using REHABiT.

• You will not use REHABiT in any way that violates the law or infringes on the rights of others.

• You understand that REHABiT is not suitable for crisis or emergency care.

• You accept that REHABiT does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition.

If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Data Privacy and Ownership

• All REHABiT data is stored inside your personal Google Drive.

• No REHABiT data is stored on REHABiT servers.

• No personal information is collected, transmitted, or sold by REHABiT.

• You control who can view, comment on, or edit your REHABiT materials through standard Google Drive sharing settings.

• REHABiT creators do not have access to your files unless you explicitly share them.

4. Therapist and Caregiver Access

If you choose to share your REHABiT files with a therapist, caregiver, or other support person, you are responsible for managing those permissions.

REHABiT does not mediate, monitor, or record any activity between users.

5. No Guarantees

REHABiT is provided as-is, without any guarantees, warranties, or claims of outcome.

We do not guarantee:

• That REHABiT will improve your health or treatment

• That REHABiT will function without errors

• That any recovery structure built with REHABiT will meet insurance or clinical documentation standards

Use REHABiT at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The structure, layout, instructional content, and design logic of REHABiT are the intellectual property of its creator. You may use REHABiT for personal or therapeutic purposes, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or rebrand it without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. All updates will be posted at [your website URL], and the most recent version will always be accessible. Your continued use of REHABiT after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
