Flo provides daily reminders, session tracking, and personalized encouragement, making it easier to stay consistent with rehabilitation. Since users are managing their own habits, this plan includes a liability waiver, ensuring they take personal responsibility for their practice. Privacy first patient-side data handling is 1/20 the cost of HIPPA!
